A safe place to rest, reflect and begin to heal.
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and finding the right support can make all the difference. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can share your story and be truly heard—without judgment. My work is grounded in empathy and a deep understanding of the human condition, with all its challenges, complexities, and possibilities for growth.
I work in a holistic, person-centered way, drawing from Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, and CBT. I also bring in creativity and somatic experiencing, helping you reconnect with both mind and body as part of the healing journey.
Over the years, I’ve supported people through trauma, relationship struggles, domestic violence, and addiction. I also have experience working alongside the LGBTQI+ community, and I value the uniqueness and diversity of every individual who walks through the door.
My goal is to walk beside you at your pace, offering tools, insights, and support as you discover new ways of living that feel more authentic, grounded, and connected.

Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions
What a Session with Me Feels Like
For me, therapy is a space of gentle unfolding — a place where you can begin to lay down what you’ve been carrying and come home to yourself.
When you arrive, I’ll welcome you with warmth and kindness. There’s no rush, no expectation — only an invitation to breathe, to settle, and to be exactly as you are. Together, we take time to listen — to your words, your pauses, your body’s quiet language, and the deeper story waiting to be heard.
My work is guided by compassion and curiosity. I hold a space that feels safe, steady, and kind — where every part of you is welcome: the tender, the uncertain, the strong, and the still-becoming.
I work in a person-centred and holistic way, weaving together Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and CBT, with a deep emphasis on creativity, somatic awareness, and compassion. I also bring an understanding of trauma and neurodiversity, recognising the many ways we each experience the world and the wisdom that can be found within our differences.
Sometimes our exploration happens through words; sometimes it’s through noticing a feeling in the body, an image, a memory, or a quiet shift of awareness. However our time together unfolds, it moves at your pace, in your way — never rushed, never forced.
As each session draws to a close, we take a moment to ground — to gather what’s been discovered, to soothe what’s been stirred, and to honour the courage it takes to show up for yourself.
My hope is that, over time, you begin to feel more at ease within yourself — more connected, more whole, and gently closer to the truth of who you are.
I am a pre accredited member of the IACP ( Irish Association of Counselling Psychotherapy). My practice is based in Bandon, West Cork.
